Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at Karayahit village away from the hustle and bustle of Pammukale town. A Taksi trip to Pammukale and back would cost 200lira one way.
Especially recommended for families because of the things to do there.
1. Location 4/5. Karayahit is a village with no currency exchanges, no ATM. There is migros for groceries but that's it. The nearest gate is North Gate
2. Rooms : 5/5. We stayed at standard room which was big for its size. There were no balconies. Window overlooking the pool. All standard amenities like toiletries, electric kettle were there
3. Amenities - this is the area where this hotel scores above rest. Fully equipped thermal centre with indoor and outdoor thermal pool, aqua cave, sauna and Turkish hamam, all free to use for the residents. Large cold pool which is open till 11pm
4. Evening entertainment is present with just average bellydance. The bellydancer performs for 15 min and spends another 30min collecting tips
5. Restaurant - really impressed by the timings. The breakfast starts at 6am sharp and helps you in reaching pammukale teavertines at 6.30am ( ideal time ). The dinner goes on till 9.30pm.
The food is delicious and has a good spread esp during dinner.
6. Staff - friendly. Special shoutout to the guest relations manager Ms Ebru Yilnaz for arranging last moment airport transfer at a very good price. She is very helpful and approachable and can be easily missed for a supermodel
Overall, I and my family enjoyed our stay at Richmond and would definitely recommend it
